OUR MERCYKIDS DIRECTOR

Hi my name is Yana. I have the honor of leading the children's ministry here at Mercy Church. My passion and training is in elementary education and educational psychology. VBS has been a part of my life since I was a little girl. Every year, all the kids in my neighborhood counted down the days until the start of VBS at the church on our street. To this day, I remember the catchy songs and silly skits and still have the t-shirts they gave us. My time at VBS as a child remained a core childhood memory and a very positive one. Now, as an adult, my team and I have the honor of recreating amazing childhood memories for the children in the neighborhoods surrounding Mercy Church.
